About the Forum
UPTECH is the UK–Pakistan Tech Forum. Our work is to make hiring, sourcing, market entry, and investment between UK and Pakistani technology companies workable in practice, through services, a member directory, and a published governance framework.
UPTECH acts as an introducer, intermediary, or contracting party depending on the engagement. The form differs by deal; the published standards do not.

UPTECH engages with UK and Pakistani policy stakeholders on digital trade, data protection, and the bilateral framework conditions that make cross-border technology business workable, including representation alongside the UK–Pakistan Trade Dialogue agenda.
We convene research partnerships and joint programmes across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, fintech, and clean technology, pairing UK demand and standards with Pakistan's research base, including HEC-recognised university partnerships.
We help members on either side enter the other market, UK companies into Pakistan's 251M-person economy, and Pakistani firms into UK and European procurement, health, and financial services pipelines.
